The most interesting thing about The Outside Sound, besides being this epoch’s Squirrel Nut Zippers, is that they have a member named Sallie Ford and Ford Tennis. That is pretty awesome.
I really enjoy their sound on Dirty Radio, yet, while singing about the plight of modern music on commercial radio is sympathetic, I am anticipating their albums being extremely prevalent and inexpensive within eighteen months. Unfortunately, this crazy world just can’t stand uniqueness for long…
